The basics you need to know:
1- Keep in mind the dimensions of your land.
2- If the dimensions of any of our project plans don’t fit the land you plan to build your home in, you may communicate with us, and an assesment will be made regarding the possibility of an adjustment (May entail an extra charge).
3- Choose according to your taste, taking into account the varieties and qualities of our designs.
Your purchase of a plan includes:
1- Render of the project ( 3D image of the inside and outside).
2- AutoCAD file (may be modified and completed according to personal taste).
3- PDF file with the project plan. ready to be printed and used.
4- JPG 3D image of the front of the project.
Your purchase of a project plan does NOT include:
1- Structural calculations or plans.
2- Appliance instalation plans.
